This Dixon-Furlow midcentury modern home in Richardson, Texas underwent an 11-month renovation that preserved its original character while bringing it into the modern era. The project earned a Preservation Dallas Achievement Award in 2018.

Exposed wooden beam ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass walls, native stone facades, and a redesigned pool area transformed this property from foreclosure to masterpiece.
